Our team is filled with experienced entrepreneurs who have all excelled in either the digital world - witnessing the explosive growth and trajectory of online home deliveries, or have countless years of experience in the real estate industry, hearing about consumers problems with home deliveries, and wanting a solution that simply isn't available on the market.
Seth Peady has been involved in property development and home building industries for some 35 years. During this time, he has been an active partner in sub-divisions, home construction companies, unit developments, commercial property investments and project marketing. Seth has always brought an innovative approach to the design and functionality of his residential homes and apartments.
In dealing with a broad range of customers purchasing residential home and apartments, he has seen the growing need to change the way in which parcels and other products including foodstuffs, are delivered at home.
He has concluded that the letterbox has become redundant and is no longer able to effectively handle online deliveries, nor is it able to provide security for online deliveries. Consistent with Seth’s innovative approach, he has now begun to incorporate specially designed security lockers for receiving online parcels and other products including foodstuffs. The positive feedback from customers with this innovation, has led to the formation of e- Delivery Locker.
